Kevin brings a thorough understanding and experience to research projects having spent time as a research supplier, as a client leading research for Rogers Communications and also as an end-user in brand management for Fido Solutions.

For the past three years Kevin has acted as Vice President with DIG Insights leading research in multiple industries and verticals. His focus area has been with clients in the technology and telecommunications sector including service providers operating in both Canada and the United States. He has also worked with consumer electronic brands as well as appliance and utilities clients. He has led several studies specific to smart home appliances, smart home technology and other connected consumer products.

Kevin was recently awarded the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association’s Emerging Leader Award; given to the individual who has brought distinction to themselves and to the marketing, survey, and/or public opinion research and market intelligence.

In addition to routinely presenting results from studies to his clients, Kevin has been a speaker at several conferences and large forums both as a research supplier and client-side research lead. These include:

2018 Special Olympics Canada (SOC) Annual General Board Meeting: presented findings from a Gen Pop survey on SOC’s 50th Anniversary Campaign and ad effectiveness. Former Olympians and Executives from media organizations were among the notable attendees.
2017 MRIA Annual Conference: selected to lead a speaker session presenting DIG’s advances in mobile-first research technology.
2016 DIG’s Quarterly Buzz Conference: presented DIG’s ‘Tinder-like’ mobile innovation screening methodology.
2015 Rogers Communications Creative Platform Relaunch: presented research findings to the advertising, media and creative teams at Canada’s largest telecommunication company.
2014 Rogers Communications Annual Sales Conference: presented wireless industry findings to thousands of front line service reps.
2012 Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing (CTAM): presented at CTAM’s Insights Conference at Time Warner Cable in New York City. Attendees included senior marketers and executives from the industries leading service providers.
2011 MRIA Qualitative Research Council: selected as a speaker as part of the client-side research panel.
