Dear AHAM
Member:
Be
sure to join us on April 22 and 23 for AHAM's
2012 annual member meeting, Strategies for the
Future, in Naples, Florida. This meeting is the
premier appliance industry yearly event,
providing an opportunity for all AHAM members
to connect and participate in valuable meetings
and sessions.
While
the focus of the 2012 meeting will be the
future and what we can do as an industry to
prepare for it, we will also celebrate 45 years
of leadership provided by AHAM. The program is
targeted to provide each member company with
tools to build successful strategies and to
influence AHAM’s agenda. We will:

Unveil AHAM’s revised strategic plan
for 2012 - 2014 which focuses on the need for
harmonized standards and regulations in North
America and the foundation we have developed
together in sustainability, safety and energy
efficiency.

Hear
from senior retail executives covering AHAM's
product scope about their efforts to understand
today’s consumer and deal with the growing
importance of public policy issues in their
businesses.

Hold
business meetings for each AHAM membership
division (Floor Care, Major, Portable and
Supplier).

Honor member volunteers for
leadership and service to the industry through
AHAM, including the Home Appliance Industry
Leadership (HAIL) award. Provide opportunities
for networking, recreation and relaxation.
The
meeting will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Golf
Resort in Naples, Florida which will provide an
excellent venue for conducting our business
sessions and networking. Please use the links
