Dear AHAM Members and Invited Guests:

I hope you will join us and your colleagues in Washington, D.C., Sunday, April 28 and Monday, April 29 at Scaling New Heights, AHAM’s 2013 annual member meeting. These past 12 months have been particularly far reaching for our association, most assuredly the launch of the AHAM Canada office and the AHAM Canada Council in July of last year. The 2013 annual member meeting will be the first for our new Canadian colleagues.

During the last year, AHAM's members have made important contributions in the areas of performance and safety standards, regulatory issues, sustainability and certification and verification programs. Even with the progress made on these issues and others, the impact on our industry of global trends and economic conditions are enormous. From the plenary sessions to the division and council business sessions, the entire event is designed to provide attendees with current and critical information on the macro and micro challenges the industry is facing.

To honor our industry's contributions in Canada and to celebrate AHAM Canada, the AHAM annual business breakfast and general sessions will be held at the Embassy of Canada. A welcome from the Embassy of Canada and keynote presentations will highlight the events of Monday morning. Also, expanded opportunities have been created for you to network and meet other members and find out all the news in the appliance industry.

Honor the Home Appliance Industry Achievement Awards recipients, including the Home Appliance Industry Leadership (HAIL) award through your presence at the Chairman’s Dinner on Monday, April 29.

Scaling New Heights will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. Register Here! We look forward to seeing you in April.
