Brian O’Neill

Brian O’Neill is a Partner based in McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta office. He
is a core leader in McKinsey’s Consumer practice and co-leads its Consumer
Durables practice. He helps both branded manufacturers and retailers focused
on appliances, consumer electronics, furniture, home improvement, and other
consumer durable goods categories shape strategies, drive growth, enhance
profitability, and organize more effectively. He has experience across North
America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He also has broad experience in other
consumer-facing categories. He originally joined McKinsey in 2008, and from
2010-2013 was a member of KKR Capstone, where among other companies he
supported Sealy Mattress on a range of initiatives. Brian graduated from the
University of Virginia.
