Currently the GM of Amazon’s Home Improvement Group, Chance is a 19-year veteran of Amazon, having previous lead category and business teams across Home Improvement, Baby, Health, Beauty and Personal Care, and Entertainment Media. Drawing on his Silicon Valley start-up and consulting experience, Chance has also led multiple product and technical teams at Amazon, including Brand Merchandising & Content, Vendor Central, A+ Enhanced Detail Pages, Amazon Vine Reviews and WW Returns Experience. An honors-graduate from University of San Francisco, Chance currently lives on Bainbridge Island, WA with his wife of 28 years (and fellow start-up alum, Temre) and their 14-year-old human (Kenna). They love spending their free time on, in or around water, the occasional round of golf, supporting the local Food & Arts scene, and rooting for the Kraken.
