Rocki Rockingham is Chief Human Resources Officer for GE Appliances, a Haier company. In this role, she oversees all facets of human resources and is a key member of the GEA executive team. She has more than three decades of domestic and international experience in strategic HR and communications with companies like General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Jarden and Newell brands. Rocki has proven expertise in managing through corporate acquisitions and turnarounds while leading through transformational change. She is active in her community and has served on various boards and worked extensively with community and civic groups to help improve and manage community, diversity and civic initiatives. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Journalism from McKendree University.
