Kelly Mariotti joined AHAM as President & CEO in July 2022. Kelly has an extensive background in both association and manufacturing leadership. Prior to AHAM, Kelly served as the Executive Director of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association, where she led member engagement and advocacy programs and served as a spokesperson for the industry. Kelly also served as Vice President of Client Services at Association Headquarters, Inc., providing services to more than 40 trade associations and professional societies. Kelly’s manufacturing background includes more than 15 years as founder, President & CEO of a baby furniture and decorative accessories company. In 2024, Kelly was appointed to serve on the Board of the Council of Manufacturing Associations, an organization of more than 200 industry-specific manufacturing associations working to strengthen and unite the manufacturing association and broader business community. Kelly earned her law degree from Georgetown University and began her career as a practicing attorney in securities, mergers and acquisitions. She also is a Certified Association Executive and Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Pulik, CPA, CFE, CGMA serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM), leading the Association’s finance and accounting functions and supporting strategic planning to advance AHAM’s mission on behalf of the home appliance industry. He partners with AHAM leadership to ensure strong financial stewardship, transparent reporting, and effective operational support for programs spanning advocacy, data, standards, sustainability, and industry initiatives. Michael brings a risk-aware, integrity-first approach informed by his CPA, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) credentials, helping AHAM maintain sound governance and make data-driven decisions that serve its members.

Jennifer Cleary, AHAM’s Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, leads AHAM’s regulatory advocacy on a variety of issues involving federal agencies, including the Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and Consumer Product Safety Commission. She also has extensive experience working with product manufacturers and other stakeholders on program and regulatory matters affecting the home appliance industry. Prior to joining AHAM, Jennifer was an attorney at a Washington, D.C. law firm, where she specialized in antitrust law and product safety and acted as AHAM’s legal counsel. She also had an active pro bono practice, representing victims of domestic violence in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with highest distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University’s Washington College of Law. Jennifer is admitted to the bars in the state of New York and the District of Columbia.

Randy Cooper joined AHAM in July 2016 as AHAM’s Vice President of Technical Operations & Standards. In this role, he is the staff leader on a host of technical and regulatory issues, including liaison with safety and performance standards organizations. He is the staff coordinator for technical activities on recycling, product safety, and technical trade issues and coordinates AHAM's Product Safety and Liability Conferences. Randy is a veteran appliance industry leader with 27 years of experience with Whirlpool and Maytag prior to joining AHAM. He has held leadership positions in product design, research and development, global product approval, design for product safety, and standards. Randy is also a certified Blackbelt in LeanSigma.

Matthew Hite joined AHAM as Vice President, Government Affairs in July 2025. Matthew has over two decades of government affairs experience. Prior to AHAM Matthew served as the Vice President, Federal Advocacy for the American Rental Association, where he led the federal government affairs program for the equipment and event rental industry. Matthew also served as Senior Vice President for GPA Midstream Association leading all their advocacy efforts at the Federal and State levels for the midstream energy trade association. Prior to that, Matthew served as Policy Counsel to the Environment and Agriculture Committee at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Before Matthew worked in the private sector, he spent close to decade working on Capitol Hill. Most recently as Senior Counsel on the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. Matthew also has worked for Members of the both the U.S. House and Senate from Idaho, Alaska, and his home state of Ohio. In these various roles, Matthew has led multiple successful advocacy efforts at the federal and state levels, advancing members and constituents interests in addition to testifying multiple times before Congress. Matthew has a law degree from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester.

Jill Notini is AHAM's Vice President, Communications and Marketing and has been with AHAM since 1999. In her role, Notini leads industry communications, including media and consumer outreach. Notini also oversees AHAM's Industry Data Program - a critical program that provides industry shipment data for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Notini also oversees membership recruitment efforts and events. She has executed consumer safety education and category promotion programs to raise awareness of safety issues and promote the benefits of home appliances. Notini also developed an award winning appliance donation program called "Home Sweet Home," which provided appliances to those rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina. She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and has served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Trends Forum International (CTFI) and the Program Committee of the Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI). Notini was named to Dealerscope Magazine's 40 Under 40, was named PR News "15-to-Watch" and was named a PR News' Top Women in PR in 2017. Jill graduated from American University with a B.A. in Public Communications.
