How did you come to work in the appliance industry?
My journey in the appliance industry started when I joined Tuya Smart. The company specializes in providing IoT solutions for home appliances, making them smarter and more connected. This has enabled me to immerse myself in the intricacies of the appliance industry and gain a deep understanding of the evolving market trends. Working closely with our research and development team, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of IoT technology and its ability to revolutionize the way appliances are used and integrated into our daily lives. What are your secrets to work-life balance?
Maintaining work-life balance is crucial, especially in a fast-paced industry like mine. I have learned a few secrets that help me achieve this equilibrium. Firstly, I prioritize my tasks and set realistic goals to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Regularly practicing yoga helps me relax and clear my mind. I also make time for friends and family, ensuring I nurture meaningful relationships. Additionally, I love cooking, which serves as a creative outlet and a way to unwind. While travel is a part of my job, I make sure to plan leisure trips that allow me to explore new destinations and recharge. It's all about finding what brings joy and fulfillment, and carving out dedicated time for it, both personally and professionally.

What is the best career advice you've ever received?
The best career advice I've received is “Always strive for excellence and deliver quality work.” Building a reputation for consistently producing high-quality results sets one apart and opens doors to new opportunities for growth and advancement. It's important to focus on craftsmanship and take pride in one's work.
Outside of the appliance industry, what would be your dream job?
My dream job would be a yoga teacher. I'm passionate about promoting physical and mental well-being through mindfulness and movement. Guiding others towards a healthier lifestyle and helping them find inner peace would bring me great joy and fulfillment.
What appliance can you not live without?
The appliance I cannot live without is a cleaning robot. It saves significant time and effort by automatically vacuuming and mopping the floors. With its advanced technology and convenience, it helps keep the house clean and tidy, allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Having a cleaning robot has become an essential part of maintaining a neat and organized living space effortlessly.
